How to measure yourself

Handloom Apparel Care: "wash, dry, store"

• Hand Wash Recommended: Gently wash your handloom apparel in cold water to preserve the fabric's texture and colors.

• Use Mild Detergents: Choose a mild detergent or liquid soap to protect the natural fibers from damage.

• Wash Individually: Wash garments individually to prevent color bleeding or transfer.

• Do Not Soak: Avoid leaving the apparel soaked for an extended time, as it can weaken the fibers and affect the colors.

• Dry Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out before drying to protect the colors and prints from fading.

• Dry in Shade: Always dry in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight, to maintain the vibrancy of the fabric.

• Iron with Care: Use a low to medium heat setting when ironing, and place a cotton cloth between the garment and the iron for added protection if needed.

• Avoid Machine Washing: Handloom fabrics are delicate; machine washing or tumble drying can lead to shrinkage or damage.

Store with Care:

• Keep your handloom apparel in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid hanging heavy garments for long periods to retain their shape.
